Jeff began his insurance career in 2000 with CNA and has over 10 years of experience in Medicare compliance. He has been offering solutions to the Property & Casualty market for over 20 years using a consultative approach with a focus on understanding a client’s needs first, then tailoring their program with services that best achieve their business objectives.
At IMPAXX, Jeff leads the National Business Development team helping customers navigate the challenging aspects of Medicare Compliance. He achieved his Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant (MSCC) in 2017 and Fraud Claims Law Associate (FCLA) in 2010. Jeff attended Columbia College in Chicago, IL.

Julie has over 20 years of in-depth knowledge and industry experience and has been instrumental in settling claims nationwide. With a keen understanding of Medicare Secondary Payer compliance, she is often consulted to offer insight, direction, and training to insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators.
Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Houghton College.

Jovan Shammas started her insurance career 25 years ago as a Commercial Insurance Broker in San Diego, where she specialized in providing property and casualty insurance for small and middle market businesses.
Jovan worked as a broker as she completed her bachelor’s degree in business and while finishing her MBA at National University. She later joined the claims side and began her Medicare Compliance career, specializing in territory development and account management. For more than 17 years, Jovan has specialized in managing and developing the Pacific Northwest territory while training and educating her clients on the importance of Medicare Compliance products and services.

Chris has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. His diverse background includes time as a claims adjuster, an account manager, a fraud investigator, and a business development representative.
At IMPAXX, as a Director of Business Development, Chris works with customers to navigate the challenging aspects of Medicare Compliance by utilizing customized services that help address their pain points and successfully achieve their business goals.
He achieved his Fraud Claims Law Specialist (FCLS) certificate in 2011 and is an accredited provider and instructor for 2-20 (agent) and 6-20 (adjuster) continuing education for the State of Florida. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
