CMS to Host Civil Money Penalties Webinar on January 18

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will be hosting a Civil Money Penalties (CMPs) webinar on Monday, January 18, 2024 at 1:00 pm ET.

The webinar will focus on Certain Civil Money Penalties Final Rule for NGHP Responsible Reporting Entities (RREs). They will kick off the webinar with opening remarks and a presentation by CMS staff that will include a discussion of the Final Rule, the auditing process, and important dates. The presentation will be followed by a question and answer period.

RREs are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the webinar via the dedicated resource mailbox at [email protected].
