CMS to Host Second Webinar on Certain Civil Money Penalties Final Rule for NGHP Responsible Reporting Entities

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced they will be hosting their second Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) and Certain Civil Money Penalties (CMPs) Informational Webinar on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024 at 1:00 pm ET.

The purpose of this presentation is to address Certain Civil Money Penalties for Non-Group Health Plan (NGHP) Responsible Reporting Entities (RREs). This will include reminders regarding the Final Rule, the auditing process and important dates, followed up with a Q&A session at the end.
